The excellent processing performance of aluminum enables it to achieve high-precision involute tooth profiles and more complex rack shapes, resulting in smooth gear meshing, quiet operation, and high transmission efficiency. In addition, surface treatment and processing are also possible.

Made from favorable aluminum compound material, lightweight with excellent heat radiation and resistance to corrosion, as well as suitable for applications demanding weight reduction technology.

A core protective component of the gear transmission system, it primarily houses and supports gears, bearings, and lubrication systems. Juxtaposing traditional steel or cast iron housings, aluminum alloy offers notable dominance in weight reduction and excellent heat dissipation, effectively increasing total mechanical efficiency and service life.

It is an important component in the car interior and driving experience, linking visual effects and functionality. It not only directly affects the driver’s shifting feel but also enhances the sportiness and personalized style of the entire vehicle. Compared with plastic or wooden handles, the aluminum shift ball has higher durability and texture.

High-strength aluminum alloy is used for the pump body and end caps, making it lighter than cast-iron pumps, contributing to overall lightweighting and ease of installation. Its compact structure, stable flow output, and excellent volumetric accuracy, so appropriate for continuous operation environments.

Aluminum alloy significantly reduces overall weight, reduces equipment load, and facilitates high-speed movement and installation. The surface offers excellent oxidation resistance, making it suitable for use in humid or mildly corrosive environments. CNC precision cutting and tooth grinding ensure smooth transmission and accurate positioning.

Aluminum alloy construction effectively reduces track weight, lightens overall equipment load, and facilitates installation. The surface can be anodized and spray-coated to ensure long-term use in indoor and outdoor environments. Gear meshing and track guidance combine to enhance the stability and smoothness of linear motion.

The worm gear is made of high-quality aluminum alloy, combined with advanced CNC processing technology and surface treatment technology, which not only ensures transmission accuracy but also has significant advantages in weight, heat dissipation, and corrosion resistance.

Aluminum naturally has a protective oxide. Anodizing, hard coating, or custom surface treatments make it less susceptible to rust and corrosion over time. Aluminum gears maintain their stability in humid, chemical, or outdoor environments, significantly extending their service life.

Aluminum’s high thermal conductivity allows it to quickly dissipate heat generated by gear operation, reducing deformation or wear caused by overheating. It is particularly well-suited for high-speed or continuous operation in industrial automation, robotics, medical equipment, and electric vehicles.

Aluminum Gears, high-strength aluminum alloy material, precisely CNC-machined and enhanced by surface oxidation treatment, have high precision and smooth transmission. And their naturally lightweight build guarantees that the gears will have consistently reliable operation in light-to-moderate loads, with lower system weight and less energy consumption.

Aluminum gears are made of high-strength aluminum alloy and weigh only about one-third of steel gears of the same size, significantly reducing the load on the entire machine or system. This lightweight design not only improves operating accuracy but also reduces energy consumption and mechanical wear, significantly enhancing overall performance.
High-precision machining
Aluminum gears are made from high-hardness aluminum alloy material, utilizing five-axis CNC machining and rigorous tooth profile testing and design to guarantee smooth gear meshing, low-noise operation, and high transmission accuracy. Ultra-precision machining guarantees that even small and medium-sized gears have improved stability and reliability, even at high speeds. Thanks to their high transmission accuracy and durability, our aluminum gears are widely used in drones, robots, medical equipment, and other precision machinery applications. Through end-to-end customization and forming technology, we can adjust tooth profiles, widths, and dimensions on the basis of your requirements. We also employ anodizing, electrophoretic coating, and special surface treatment processes to enhance wear resistance and service life. Each of our aluminum gears is precisely designed and machined to achieve a perfect balance of lightweight, stability, and high accuracy, guaranteeing continuous, reliable protection for your equipment performance and system optimization.

Diversified Surface Treatments
For aluminum gears, reliable power transmission relies not only on lightweight materials and manufacturing quality. Through different surface treatment processes, overall performance can be further enhanced. For example, anodizing enhances wear resistance and corrosion resistance, electrophoresis provides long-lasting rust protection, and coating increases visual effects and visibility. These processes can be selected according to the definite environmental needs of your aluminum gear usage environment. By integrating a range of customized options, we can meet both the visual and operational performance needs of your gears, guarantee stable operation even in harsh environments.
Brass and aluminum are the two most common materials used in gears; each has distinctive advantages. Brass gears, because of their high strength and excellent wear resistance, are often used in high-load, long-life industrial equipment. Aluminum gears, on the other hand, are widely used in drones, lightweight machinery, and consumer electronics due to their lightweight and excellent heat dissipation. Compared to brass, aluminum gears are more fitable for use where weight decrease and heat dissipation are important, for example, high-speed power tools, e-bike transmission systems, or portable electronics. Aluminum not only reduces equipment weight but also notably reduces energy consumption. Aluminum gears are economical, with their low raw material cost and excellent processability, making them ideal for mass-produced custom production, thereby reducing overall costs for customers. While brass gears offer inherent corrosion resistance in humid or chemical environments, aluminum gears can also meet diverse operating requirements through surface protective treatments such as anodizing or painting. Furthermore, aluminum gears offer a more cost-effective solution with efficient heat dissipation, lightweight design, and flexible design.
Our aluminum gears are made by a CNC machine and are strictly inspected. We cover tight tolerances ±0.01mm in most applications, and the gear accuracy level ISO 7–8, and the high-precision gear application up to ISO 6 level or higher. Achievable accuracy depending on gear size, modulus, and particular use requirement, and we detail the machining process to your performance requirements.
Replacement of steel gears by aluminum gears is not 100% achievable for all applications. They have the advantages of light weight, high precision and machining, and corrosion resistance. They are especially applicable to low and medium speed and high accuracy requirements for weight reduction, compact design of drones, robotics, medical tools, and small transmission systems, etc., but when it comes to high-torque applications, heavy shock loads, or continuous high-speed running, steel gears prove to be the better choice. Accordingly, in such cases, we can generally propose the best gear material and gear design in consideration of the customer application environment, load situation, and desired life.
