At DSR, we offer professional CNC milling services to produce custom parts quickly, accurately, and with precision. Our CNC milling machines can handle a wide range of materials including metals, glass, polymers, and even wood. It also operates with three linear degrees of freedom (X, Y, and Z axes). This allows exceptional precision and repeatable quality. Thus, making our service suitable for various industries like automotive, aerospace, consumer products, electronics, and more.
For parts with complex shapes or intricate features, we used advanced 5-axis CNC milling systems. These machines can move the tool or workpiece along five different axes. This allows us to create complex geometries without the need for multiple setups. Whether you need simple 3-axis milling for basic components or 5-axis milling for high-precision parts, DSR has the technology to meet your needs.
With DSR, you can expect fast turnaround times with production available in as little as 1 day. We can deliver high-quality custom parts that match your exact specifications, whether it’s a single prototype or full production run. Send us your CAD file and request a quote from us!

CNC Milling: What It Is and How It Works
CNC milling is a machining process that uses computer-controlled rotating cutting tools to remove material from solid block and shape a work piece into a custom finished part. The material is fixed on a platform while the cutting tool moves along multiple axes usually X, Y, and Z. The entire process is automated and highly accurate. It is ideal for creating both custom prototypes and end-use production parts.

Surface Treatments and Finishing Options
Our custom finishes and surface treatments are available to enhance the appearance and quality of every CNC milled parts.

This surface treatment enhances the corrosion resistance of each part. It can provide custom colors and dyes. Anodizing can also be used as a based before painting the milled parts.

Each milled part is applied with thick anodized surface layer to improve the surface hardness, durability, corrosion resistance, and wear resistance. Colors produced using this finish is darker compared to type II anodizing due to the thick layer.

CNC milled parts undergo bead blasting treatment where tiny glass or plastic beads are sprayed from a nozzle to remove imperfections such as burrs. This provides the milled parts with smooth and uniform satin or matte surface.

Metal CNC parts are coated with polymer powders that serves as a protective layer to the surface. Compared to traditional painting, powder coating is more durable and tougher.

It is a process which cleans the finished custom milled parts, increasing corrosion resistance. This treatment also makes the metal brighter. Thus, enhancing the overall appearance and aesthetics.

This is a colorless coating applied to the surface of the CNC milled parts. It removes free-iron from the part surface to increase corrosion resistance.
