Source Factory Processing Capability
DSR, as a manufacturer with 14 years of experience, is equipped with advanced processing workshops. Our milling, turning, and other machine tools enable us to produce food processing equipment parts that combine cleanliness, precision, and reliability. Our factory adopts strict manufacturing processes to ensure that every food processing component is precise. Whether you require parts with complex geometries or those with smooth surfaces and uniform wall thickness, we can deliver exceptional results.
In addition, before manufacturing, our engineers will review your design intentions and provide feasible manufacturing solutions to minimize the area of secondary machining. These measures enhance manufacturing efficiency while ensuring the parts’ functionality. Additionally, our food processing parts are designed for easy and convenient daily cleaning.
It can be said that if the cost of original factory parts takes up too much of your maintenance budget, DSR offers a more cost-effective alternative.

What Food Processing Parts We Can process?
Relying on our excellent processing capabilities, we can provide a full range of components. Designed to seamlessly integrate our parts with your food processing equipment, allowing you to maintain the high-volume performance your business depends on.

These bushings feature tight CNC-machined inner diameter tolerances, ensuring a perfect fit with spindle runout control, and offer a long service life.

Our food-grade bearings feature 316L stainless steel inner and outer rings and food-grade H1 grease. Their superior sealing design prevents rust and bacterial growth.

The teeth of the sprocket have been hardened and are manufactured using precision gear cutting and grinding processes, resulting in very low noise during operation.

Our rollers are manufactured in a single piece, with no welds or hard-to-clean crevices. This prevents flour, powdered sugar, and meat juices from seeping into the bearings.

DSR uses high-strength, food-grade materials to manufacture the blade. The cutting edge undergoes precision CNC grinding and mirror polishing to ensure it remains sharp even after tens of thousands of cuts.

These gears undergo hardening and grinding processes, and the tooth profile accuracy reaches DIN 6 standard. This significantly improves transmission efficiency.DSR supports customization of various types of food processing gears.

Each pulley is dynamically balanced to ensure low vibration even at high speeds. Additionally, their surfaces are either anodized or polished.

Machined from materials such as SUS304 and SUS316L. We ensure these food processing shafts have excellent straightness and surface finish through precision grinding and electropolishing.

Our Food Processing Wheels are designed to withstand a variety of extreme environments, including cold storage facilities and baking environments. These casters are also slip-resistant and wear-resistant.

Specially designed for sealing scenarios such as rotating shafts and piston rods. These seals feature low dynamic friction coefficients and excellent wear resistance. You can also use them in various high-pressure and high-temperature environments.
Why Choose Our Food Processing Parts?
Unlike ordinary suppliers, we don’t just process food parts. We also eliminate hidden costs by analyzing drawing designs to ensure you get a truly cost-effective manufacturing solution.

We use multiple high-wear-resistant materials to manufacture food processing components. Even under heavy-duty working conditions, these parts can reduce wear rates by 70%.

Our food processing materials can withstand extreme conditions such as freezing, high-speed cutting, and heavy impacts. With their high compressive strength, they help reduce the risk of production line downtime.

We also use self-lubricating engineering materials such as PEEK and PTFE to manufacture parts. These food-processing parts have a coefficient of friction as low as 0.08 and do not require additional lubrication.

The long service life of the parts and their easy-to-install-and-remove design extend your maintenance intervals and reduce overall maintenance costs.

We have been deeply involved in the machining industry for 14 years and have delivered more than 1 million customized parts to many end-user factories worldwide. We also have a deep understanding of the challenges faced by the food processing industry.

Our factory is equipped with complete mechanical equipment, capable of efficiently manufacturing food processing components for you. Combined with our comprehensive logistics system, we ensure that your orders can be delivered on time.
Food Grade Materials
In the food processing industry, the safety of parts comes from the materials themselves. DSR uses only food-grade raw materials certified by internationally recognized authorities, including SUS 304/316L stainless steel, UHMW-PE, PEEK, PTFE, and others. Each batch of raw materials comes with material certification. Our goal is to ensure that our components meet our customers’ needs and can withstand rigorous testing.

Quality Inspection for Food Processing Parts
Quality inspection is also a critical part of our entire manufacturing process. Our workshop is equipped with precision inspection equipment such as coordinate measuring machines, surface roughness meters, and spectrometers. During inspection, we conduct 100% full inspection of critical dimensions of parts to ensure that every part delivered to you meets the standards.
Case Study: German Meat Processing Giant's Knives

A German meat processing group has long been troubled by tool lifespan on its fully automated production line. The slicing Knives were used to cut frozen beef, but would develop chipped or chipped edges after just over 18,000 cuts. As a result, the company’s annual hidden losses amounted to as much as €420,000.
Subsequently, the company contacted us through the DSR website, hoping we could manufacture high-quality food processing Knives for them. After detailed discussions between our engineering team and theirs, we identified their pain points and analyzed the original Knives.
Ultimately, we implemented the following solution: 440C vacuum-hardened steel (HRC 58–60), a 30° + 45° dual-angle composite cutting edge, and a 2μm DLC (diamond-like carbon) coating. These three improvements significantly enhanced the Knives’ performance.
According to the feedback from the meat factory later, they were satisfied with the actual usage effect. Knife life increased from 18,000 cuts to 45,000 cuts, and daily downtime for knife replacement decreased by 62%. Calculations show that using these knives saves the client €386,000 annually.

Applications of Our Food Processing Components
We have now custom-manufactured food processing parts for numerous food processing plants around the world. These end-user facilities operate across six major industry segments. We develop customized part manufacturing solutions based on their specific application requirements.
This industry utilizes equipment such as automatic slicers, deboning machines, and meat grinders. As a result, our food processing components must withstand extreme conditions such as freezing and cutting.
For this industry, we offer FDA-certified food-grade seals and precision components. These parts feature mirror-finished surfaces with a roughness of Ra ≤ 0.1 μm, combined with a design that eliminates dead zones.
The food processing parts we produce can be compatible with equipment such as dough mixers, dividing machines, and tablet presses, and they can also cope well with complex working conditions like dust and high or low temperatures.
For high-salt and high-humidity working conditions such as fish fillet cutting machines and shrimp shelling equipment lines, we use SUS 316L stainless steel and coating combination solutions. This ensures that our food processing components offer excellent resistance to salt spray corrosion.
Our food processing accessories are mainly used in vegetable dicing machines, juicers, peelers, and similar equipment. Using these parts can help you effectively extend the shelf life of fruits and vegetables and reduce the rate of oxidative browning.
You can use our components in equipment such as liquid filling machines and vacuum packaging machines. We also provide high-precision seals and moving parts to ensure your equipment remains free of leaks, contamination, or downtime.
