Precision 3-Axis/5Axis CNC Machining
Our factory is equipped with several advanced 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machining centers. Multi-axis linkage reduces the number of clamping times for multi-faceted titanium parts, thereby improving processing efficiency and repeatable processing accuracy. Especially in 5-axis machining, the tool can approach the rotating parts from any direction, making it easy to process impellers, turbine blades, complex molds, and even various works of art. Whether it is a simple flat titanium machining part or a more complex curved titanium machining part, we can provide you with the right solution.

Surface Treatment You Can Choose
Anodizing forms a dense oxide film on the surface of titanium parts, further enhancing their corrosion resistance. At the same time, it allows you to add a variety of bright colors to titanium parts.
Bead blasting creates a beautiful matte surface with a uniform texture. This consistent finish is achieved through the use of abrasive media such as glass beads and aluminum oxide.
Powder coating is an affordable surface treatment that can add colors, textures, and corrosion-resistant coatings to your machining titanium parts.
Remove scratches, oxidation, and other surface defects by polishing, bringing a smooth or even glossy finish to your titanium parts.
The coating material is vaporized by high temperature and then deposited on the surface of the titanium alloy in a vacuum to form a uniform, dense, and hard coating, which makes your titanium machining parts show better fatigue resistance and thermal stability.
First, titanium has poor thermal conductivity, and most of the heat generated during cutting cannot be effectively conducted away through the chips or workpiece. This will cause local excessive temperature, thereby increasing tool wear and lowering the accuracy.
Secondly, titanium is very active at high temperatures and easily reacts chemically with elements such as oxygen and nitrogen in the air and tool materials (especially tungsten, cobalt, and molybdenum). Common problems include: chips easily adhering to the tool rake face, forming a built-up edge, which damages cutting accuracy and tool life; and significant work hardening occurs during plastic deformation.
Thirdly, titanium alloy has a high specific strength but a low elastic modulus, which places higher demands on the unit cutting force of the machine tool. However, at the same time, titanium alloy parts are more prone to elastic deformation under the action of cutting force, leading to problems such as inaccurate processing dimensions, shape errors, and surface vibration marks.
They are Grade 1, Grade 2, and Grade 5. Titanium Grades 1, 2, and 5 have different compositions, which result in different properties.
Grade 1: Commercially pure titanium with good corrosion resistance, ductility, and excellent biocompatibility, but lower strength. It is the softest and purest of the three grades of titanium. Commonly used in environments such as chemical processing plants and desalination plants that require corrosion-resistant parts.
Grade 2: The Grade 2 titanium is called the “workhorse” in the titanium industry due to its widest applications. Similar to Grade 1 titanium, Grade 2 titanium also offers excellent corrosion resistance and ductility, while also offering higher strength. Furthermore, Grade 2 titanium has excellent weldability and is easy to form, weld, and cut, offering a good balance between cost and performance.
Grade 5: Grade 5 titanium is the most widely used titanium alloy. Combined with aluminum and vanadium, the Grade 5 titanium offers exceptional strength, light weight, and excellent corrosion and high-temperature resistance.
