About BRUCE
Hello everyone, I’m Bruce! General Manager of DSR Company. In 2003, I graduated from Zhejiang University in China, where I majored in Communication Engineering and Administrative Management. During my studies, driven by an interest in linguistics, I taught myself German. After graduation, I joined a German enterprise. As a procurement specialist, I developed strong business skills through frequent communication with numerous suppliers. Having always harbored entrepreneurial aspirations, I ultimately left the German firm in 2012 to establish my own company—Kunshan DSR Machinery Co., Ltd.—in Kunshan, Suzhou.
Our company’s mission has consistently been to enhance the supply efficiency of industrial components, which is why we’ve provided our clients with high-quality parts for so many years. I particularly recall one of DSR’s clients being a British trading company that primarily supplied CNC machined parts to Volvo and Jungheinrich equipment manufacturers. That collaboration was mutually rewarding. Over the years, my most memorable client remains Ferdinand Schwenk from Germany. His company specializes in automotive parts, and our partnership has spanned a decade. We’ve become close friends, exchanging gifts and well-wishes during both Chinese New Year and European Christmas.
Since founding DSR, I’ve been dedicated to addressing client needs more efficiently. Today, we’ve served over 500 global clients, consistently earning high praise for our product quality. Moving forward, DSR will enhance production capacity and management efficiency while integrating advanced equipment and exceptional talent, striving to become a leading enterprise in China’s industrial components sector!
About Engineer
I currently serve as Technical Supervisor at DSR Company. I graduated from Zhangjiajie Aviation Industry Technical College with a degree in Mold Design and Manufacturing. In 2008, I joined Foxconn Group, a Fortune Global 500 company, where I was responsible for process planning and production schedule control for precision component molds until 2017, when I left the group to join DSR Company.
During my nine-year tenure at Foxconn, I contributed to the production and process engineering of precision molds for smartphones like the iPhone 4 and iPhone 5, accumulating extensive expertise in precision machining. It was through Bruce’s recognition that I was invited to join DSR, where I continue working with the current team. Over the years, I have provided technical solutions to over 500 global clients. I possess a thorough understanding of the capabilities and precision limitations of various machining equipment. Additionally, I am proficient in production management systems (such as Imold and PMS) and PR/E MS programming.
