Advantages of Our Shaft Support
The reason why people from all over the world choose DSR’s shaft support products is not only that we can provide one-stop services, but also that the quality of our shaft supports has been highly praised by them.

The inner hole of the shaft support adopts precision grinding process, the hole diameter tolerance is strictly controlled at H7 level, and the surface roughness Ra ≤ 0.8μm.

The clearance between the inner bore of the shaft support and the shaft is strictly controlled between 0.006 mm and 0.020 mm. This effectively reduces wear on components and extends their service life.

Our shaft supports are made of high-strength materials, combined with an optimized wall thickness design. Therefore, the deformation of these shaft supports is controlled within 0.005mm under rated load.

Our shaft supports have low vibration and low noise, making them well-suited for quiet, vibration-sensitive applications.

Our shaft supports can withstand high impacts and heavy loads, so you can use them in a variety of heavy-duty applications.

Our shaft supports are easy to maintain. All you need to do is lubricate them regularly to ensure they operate properly.

Self-Aligning Design — Reduce Installation Time
In mechanical assembly, if the coaxiality between the base surface of the shaft support and its inner bore does not meet specifications, this can cause the linear bearing to stick or seize during operation.
In order to solve this problem, we have comprehensively upgraded the shaft support process. The milling of the base surface and the precision boring of the inner bore are now completed in a single setup on a CNC machining center. And we also ensure that the flatness of the bottom surface is highly consistent with the coaxiality of the inner hole.
Not Sure Which Type of Shaft Support to Choose?
Many customers struggle with choosing the right model. We provide you with a clear shaft support usage scenario matching guide. In just three steps, we’ll help you identify the most suitable shaft support.
- Looking for lightweight and high-frequency motion? You can choose aluminum alloy compact shaft supports.
- Need to handle heavy-duty, high-impact applications? Opt for our heavy-duty carbon steel shaft supports.

We will provide technical parameter support to ensure that you can achieve 100% confirmation during the drawing stage and purchase with zero risk.

Strict Quality Inspection System for Shaft Supports

As we know, on an automated assembly line, even a 0.01mm deviation in hole diameter can cause wear on the entire shaft. To prevent customers using our shaft supports from encountering such problems, DSR has established a strict quality inspection system. From raw materials to final product shipment, we have dedicated personnel controlling every step to ensure that each shaft support meets your requirements.
Our quality inspectors use coordinate measuring machines (CMM) and high-precision go/no-go gauges to perform full inspection or high-frequency sampling inspection on the inner bore diameter, base flatness, and core concentricity of each shaft support, ensuring all tolerances meet standards. In this way, these shaft supports can be assembled correctly, and you don’t have to worry about slipping and loosening.
Surface Treatment for Shaft Supports
To enhance the performance and appearance of the shaft supports, we also offer a range of surface treatment options. You can select the process that best suits your specific application needs.

The blackening process is cost-effective and easy to perform. Shaft supports treated with this process have an attractive appearance.

Uniform coating. This process provides the shaft support with excellent corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance. Therefore, electroless nickel plating is particularly suitable for parts with complex shapes and high wear resistance.

The anodizing process forms a dense oxide layer on the surface of the shaft support, thereby improving its hardness and wear resistance. This allows these shaft supports to achieve longer service life.
Application Scenarios of Our Shaft Supports
DSR has been manufacturing shaft supports of various shapes for clients across multiple industries for 14 years. Therefore, we understand your usage needs and know how to make suitable shaft supports for multiple applications.

The inner bores of our shaft supports are all machined using high-precision CNC boring processes, with standard tolerances strictly controlled between ±0.01 mm and ±0.03 mm.
Vertical shaft bearings (such as SK series), horizontal shaft bearings (such as SHF series) and aluminum profile rail supports (such as SBR/TBR bases).
Carbon Steel and Cast Iron are the best choices.
Heavy-duty aluminum alloy vertical supports, stainless steel flanged supports, cast iron spherical roller bearings with housings.
First, you need to clean the installation base surface and set the base anchor bolts of the bearing blocks to a pre-tightened state. Next, you should simultaneously insert the drive shaft or optical shaft through the inner holes of both end bearing blocks, and use the straightness of the shaft itself to allow the bearing blocks to center naturally. Then you need to confirm that the shaft can rotate or slide smoothly before completely tightening the base bolts in a diagonal alternating manner. Finally, you also need to tighten the clamping screws or bearing set screws on the support.
Yes. But you need to pay for the sample fee.
The SK series belongs to vertical supports, with its inner hole direction parallel to the mounting surface of the base. The SHF series, on the other hand, is a flange-type support, with its inner hole perpendicular to the mounting surface.
