At DSR, we strive to improve and innovate our custom manufacturing capabilities continuously. We ensure to provide quality control on all stages from prototyping to production and delivery. Our processing involves rapid tooling, rapid prototyping, CNC machining, laser cutting, CNC milling, forging, casting, 3D printing, and more.
We also have in-house engineering team, quality assurance lab, and manufacturing supplier network. These allow us to ensure the quality of each part we make. You can assure that we continuously improve our inspection and documentation process. Thus, you can have piece of mind when you purchase parts and components from us.

Quality Control Process
Prior to production, we will review your part design. We will assess the process, structure, finish, material, and other factors on your drawings.
At DSR, material certifications can be provided upon your request. The certifications typically include material specifications such as dimension, grade, etc.
During machining process, all the materials undergo inspection to ensure it is on the right position and make adjustment if necessary to ensure accuracy.
To adhere ISO9001:2015 standards, we have strict QC team that inspects all the parts we manufactured every 2 hours.
We will provide inspection reports for all orders including part appearance, part quantity, tolerances, dimensions, and more.
Our packaging is composed of four layers including wrapping paper, EPE, foam, and wooden box. This secures the parts during transportation.
